Now, armed with my ICF coach training and business strategy coaching practice,&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I have crafted a presentation specifically designed to guide you the ICF coach through the challenges associated with new technology adoption while minimizing the disruption and discomfort often associated with such transitions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We live in an era where the convergence of AI, robotics, and availability of high performance computing power is accelerating.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As these technologies advance, the impact of the speed of change has on our clients and our coaching practices becomes increasingly profound.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>My presentation will focus on how we, as coaches, can navigate this rapidly changing landscape.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In our time together, we\u2019ll explore the concept of \u201cCrossing the Chasm.\u201d We\u2019ll delve into the multiple lights speeding toward us in the proverbial tunnel\u2014each representing a challenge and an opportunity to evolve our coaching practices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In a world that\u2019s increasingly volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous\u2014what we call a VUCA world\u2014our role as coaches is more critical than ever.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the Summit, I\u2019ll discuss how we can transform VUCA challenges into opportunities: replacing volatility with vision, uncertainty with understanding, complexity with clarity, and ambiguity with agility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Join me on November 15th at the Desert Willow Conference Center in Phoenix, AZ.
