The World Economic Forum just dropped a stat that should keep every leader up at night: 39% of existing skill sets will become outdated by 2030.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
But here’s the twist. The skills rising in demand? Critical thinking. Decision-making. Human judgment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The very things machines cannot replicate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If your job is “output management,” you are competing with a machine that doesn’t sleep, doesn’t complain, and costs a fraction of your salary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
You will lose that race.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
But there’s a different race entirely. One the algorithms cannot enter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
