Are leaders born or made?

Did the greatest leaders throughout history have to constantly work to grow their leadership skills?

The question are leaders born leaders or self-made is an age-old question. The answer is the world has seen both those who were born to lead and those through hard work and perhaps a little good fortune ascended to the role of leader.

What do you think born or made, let us know in the comments.

The story cafe is a space where we have conversations with leaders, to find out what kind of work was required of them as they grew into their current leadership role. We explore which skills they consider as mission-critical to their success.

Today’s guest is Rebecca Hogan CEO @ MarkahVida. You’ll hear how she treats her life brand like a daily practice. We talk about how she has established a routine, so each day, she recommits herself to the high leadership standards she set for herself. Rebekah treats her commitment to MarkahVida in the same way you might treat journaling, meditating, exercising, eating well every day.

So, pull up a comfy chair, grab a favorite beverage and lean into this insightful conversation with Rebecca about living your life brand intentionally, by living MarkahVida.

Thank you,

Art Jones
