Stay tuned for the launch of VALUED, a podcast

In June 2023, we will launch a new podcast with a title I love because we call the pod VALUED. Our goal for the pod is to assist listeners on their journey to becoming values-based leaders. Essentially we encourage individuals to change their perspectives and view things differently. This shift in mindset often leads to transformative outcomes, both personally and professionally.

This quote by Dr. Wayne Dyer informs how we think of perspective, “When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.”

Encouraging people to see things differently enables them to adopt new ways of thinking, speaking, and imagining their future.

Understanding how the language we use has the power to inform how we think, speak, and act.

We can influence our thoughts and actions by choosing our words carefully and intentionally. This concept reinforces that communication is vital in shaping a positive work environment and fostering collaboration among team members.

By incorporating values-based leadership and a forward-thinking approach, businesses can contribute to the well-being of people, the planet, and prosperity.

Embracing these big ideas can yield significant benefits for business professionals and organizations. It enables leaders to establish an authentic and ethical culture, build strong relationships with employees and stakeholders, and drive positive change within their industries.

By embodying values-based leadership and actively working towards a sustainable future, businesses can thrive in an increasingly conscious and interconnected world.
