AI & The Next-Gen Coach
Hello, I’m excited to invite you to the 2024 ICFAZ Fall Summit, where I’m honored to be a presenter.
During my decades long career helping aerospace, finance, and insurance clients automate their business process by leveraging technology, now coupled with my ICF coach training and business strategy coaching practice I’ve created a presentation to help you cross the technology chasm while minimizing the change trauma associated with the crossing.
Throughout my extensive career spanning several decades, I have dedicated myself to assisting clients in the aerospace, finance, and insurance industries in automating their business processes through the strategic use of technology. Now, armed with my ICF coach training and business strategy coaching practice,
I have crafted a presentation specifically designed to guide you the ICF coach through the challenges associated with new technology adoption while minimizing the disruption and discomfort often associated with such transitions.
We live in an era where the convergence of AI, robotics, and availability of high performance computing power is accelerating.
As these technologies advance, the impact of the speed of change has on our clients and our coaching practices becomes increasingly profound.
My presentation will focus on how we, as coaches, can navigate this rapidly changing landscape.
In our time together, we’ll explore the concept of “Crossing the Chasm.” We’ll delve into the multiple lights speeding toward us in the proverbial tunnel—each representing a challenge and an opportunity to evolve our coaching practices.
In a world that’s increasingly volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous—what we call a VUCA world—our role as coaches is more critical than ever.
At the Summit, I’ll discuss how we can transform VUCA challenges into opportunities: replacing volatility with vision, uncertainty with understanding, complexity with clarity, and ambiguity with agility.
Join me on November 15th at the Desert Willow Conference Center in Phoenix, AZ. I’ll be sharing how AI and human coaches are not competitors but collaborators, working together to enhance the resilience, well-being, and success of those we serve.
This is the future of coaching—a future where AI’s scalability and data-driven insights complement the unparalleled empathy, creativity, and ethical judgment only human coaches can provide.
